My complaint:
I come into this store everyday because it’s close and very convenient from where I live. This store has some of the rudest employees and I’m quite sure that the things that’s going on in your store you would like to know. First I notice that almost every time I come in there is this one employee in particular that stays on her phone always I believe her name is Christina. This young lady has said some very rude things to customers. Without the customers, there would be no Family Dollar. Also there have been multiple times I have visited the store to shop and I could see one of your employees I believe his name is Kyle, this young man had the audacity to be smoking marijuana on the premises. I was parked on the side of the building in the parking area and sat in my car and watched him stand by the trash and smoke as if he was home. I don’t know what is going on in your stores but something should definitely be done.
Suggested solution:
These employees should not be representing Family Dollar especially as Management. This is definitely not a good look.
