My complaint:
I visited this location occasionally I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of the store. I was very disappointed how the employee’s and the manager are using profanity in front of the customer’s. The employee’s have no communication skills toward the customer’s they don’t acknowledge you when they are checking you out. I hope that this matter will be resolved as soon as possible.
Suggested solution:
They need to have a unknown employee to visit the store and pretend to be a customer and they would see why I'm very disappointed in the management of the store.
