My complaint:
I entered to the store talking in my phone and i said at the person on the phone that all the refrigerators were completely blocked. And i took a pic. And from my back an employee was yelling and telling me I couldn’t do that . I respond back i could and she continued with the confrontation. I had to leave the store to stop the situation. They never made the space for me to get anything from the fridge . The manager was there . He never offer helped . He didn’t say a word .. I felt harassed and she provoked the situation. Beside im a senior person and i had one arm with a brace.. I told her i was just came from a Hospital . But she continued..
Suggested solution:
Apologies and hire people with manners and less violent.
