My complaint:
On January 7, 2021, I arrived at the Family dollar on Winchester Ave. The location is near Knight Rd. Employees are making up his or her own business hours instead of following family dollar’s store hour policy. It’s a disgrace.
Suggested solution:
Please speak with your employees about closing the doors super early before the store closes. Several Memphis stores are following this unethical practice and it should be fixed because the company is losing money due to employee laziness.
