My complaint:

I purchased some stuff at Family Dollar paid with a split payment of $30 on my Cash App debit card then $3.20 on my Bank of America business debit card. The $3.20 payment didn’t go through so I called my Son he sent me $33 to my Cash App debit card. I went back in to pay the full amount because they said the $30 that went through would be refunded to my card so I left with my items that I purchased. When I got home I noticed that the $30 transaction was not pending on my bank app it was completed. So I went back to let the Manager (Carmen) know that the transaction was completed on the banks end I wanted proof that it wasn’t completed on their end. She yelled at me in front of the associates customers saying it’s nothing she can do. So I took a screen shot of both transactions on their screen asked for corporates number. When I called I found out that she gave me a complaint line that doesn’t allow me to talk to anyone. It’s not about the money it’s about the principals the fact that all their employees are Hispanics I’m Black. They are very racist towards the Black Americans so she did not want to put the effort in helping me out.

Suggested solution:

I want my $30 back that they did not refund me.
