My complaint:
Izzy is the employee name he was asked if he could get me a box because I wasn’t informed y’all ran out of bags. He offered me a clear trash bag and asked me if I was ok with it, I politely asked him, if I do not accept this huge trash bag would there be another alternative. After that he went ballistic!! Told me to not come back if I do not like his service,called me stupid and he mumbled I better shut the Fuck up. I just can’t believe it.
Suggested solution:
Bring a store manager and seeing how alot of buisnesses did not make it through this pandemic, the last thing I would want is a disrespectful and rude employee. That customer that you told to shut the Fuck up could be the help to keeping your job.
