My complaint:
Discrimination Bias Profiling
I was told when I came in the store the manager screamed across the store in front of several customers that I had to leave my purse in my car or at the front of the store because it was too big.I told the manager I would not do that and asked her the reason why she didn’t give me one she told me I couldn’t shop I had to leave the store .I left out the store mad and embarrassed shortly I went back in the store and demanded a reason why she took me to the back office and said people are always stealing with bags and it makes it hard for her employees and she did not want to follow me around the store I asked why I wasn’t attempting to steal I was coming to purchase a item she simply said because people steal and I asked was it in the policy book she said no one it was not she make up her own policies I told her that it was illegal what she was doing she did not care I seen other customers with a bag as big as mine and they were not told to leave their bag or they couldn’t come in the store it was just me but why for what reason she could not give one I have video evidence.
Suggested solution:
Cooperate office needs to contact me so we can discuss this then I will decide how to handle it
