My complaint:

I was recently refused service at one of your stores. I was told by an employee that I must wear a mask. I explained that I have a medical condition that prohibits me from wearing one. She told me I needed a doctor’s note. I explained that violated my rate to privacy. Moreover this is the United States of America. Since when do you need a document to be able to shop?
Tell me is Family Dollar’s policy to discriminate against those with medical conditions?

Suggested solution:

Apologize to me.
Train employees to allow customers service if they are not wearing a mask but are medically exempt.
Invite me to return.
