My complaint:
My son waited for a job for almost 5 months.The manager who supposed to hired him Eric quit.Si then comes Derrick mind u its his first day on the job hes over 300 pounds .I went to pick him up at 230 his assiatant manager told him once the truck was clear he could leave at 230.As I walked in the store one staff who was with the assistant manager says I wanted to get rid of his fat ass all day.Derrick n lawrence were filling out paperwork.After he was done the assistant manager with dread told him c u later.Now this was a monday no word from family dollar until thursday or friday when we had to call from a different line in order to find out when was his next work day.I have yet to hear he’s been fired, let go, terminated or something.
Suggested solution:
I would like someone from cooperate to call my son and tell him hes been terminated n the reason why.And also to know why it took so long. His history pay he received 49 dollars. Stack and van til would have never handled this matter in such a disrespectful and unprofessional way.My son called that friday and still not a we cant use u anymore no type of understanding ,no communication nothing.
