My complaint:
Dawn at Family Dollar has harassed me behind accusations of theft from the store multiple times. I have never stolen anything from the store and the continued threats and demands to leave the store everytime I enter depending on the day or shift is preventing me from shopping for my family at my local convenience / grocery store. I have no vehicle so this is the closest store within walking distance of my home. She is the only individual who gives me a hard time whenever I’m trying to buy food. She has been nothing but rude and disrespectful and her personal feelings towards me for whatever reason (prejudice /stereotypical judgments) has her not conducting herself as a proper Family Dollar employee. I wanted to formerly file a complaint with corporate after the latest incident of harassment. She claims that there is camera footage of me stealing from the store but refuses to produce it so it can be verified that she is targeting the right person. I refuse to put up with this any longer from this unhinged Family Dollar employee
Suggested solution:
An apology from Family Dollar and/or Dawn for her unjustified behavior, and future visits to the store without harassment to leave.
