My complaint:
When I was in the store today I was not greeted as well as when I got to the cashier she use profanity while talking to her coworkers very harsh profanity when I checked out I wasn’t told thank you have a good day or anyting it was just so unprofessional this store was really clean but the workers there are very unprofessional and this is the third time it has happened… the store is very convenient for me where I live however I don’t think I’ll be returning to that location
Suggested solution:
By having a meeting with the employees letting them know that their profanity is not supposed to be used on the floor or in front of customers it's unacceptable
