My complaint:
I’m at family dollar I been sitting out here for 20 minutes and they still haven’t opened the door. The opening manager watched me knock at the door and still didn’t open it even though y’all open at 8. I was not the only customer that was sitting outside and this is not the first time I’ve came and they’ve had the front door locked even when y’all say open. That photo is me just getting in the store and typing this up. And now I’m at the cash register and they’re not even ready with registers.
Suggested solution:
Y’all got to do better. The People that was parked outside got tired of waiting as well.
