I went into your store yesterday to return a clock that doesn’t work. I had purchased it on Friday. I have the receipt and original packing. I was treated like dirt from Yonvon and Brenda. I paid cash for this item. I don’t want another that is just the same. It is a cheap product that doesn’t work. Brenda wouldn’t tell me her name at first and told me to read the sign that was in Spanish but I probably didn’t know Spanish. They told me I would have to call corporate and to look up the number on Google because they weren’t going to let me return it. I asked for them to come outside and show me on the sign in English. Yvonon said I was harassing her yelling at me. I am almost 70 years old and I will not be disrespected. I tried calling the store all day to talk to manager but no one answered. I was told I could come back next Saturday and he would be there as I work during the week. This only a 10 dollar item but I am on a fixed income. I will never shop in this store again. I will drive and try the other one. I suggest that you retrain your employees in customer service. I worked in it for 30 years and never would treat anyone like that. Thank you
