My complaint:

Hello, I visit this store often and for weeks I have been coming in asking for Lysol spray, lysol wipes and sanitary spray.. I’m always told that because of Covid 19, they have not received any but still order each week… Today ( 11-29) i visited this location and witnessed the store manager, Melissa, sell about $100 worth of these products ( Clorox wipes, lysol wipes and sanitary spray) to one customer… I witnessed this customer come into the store… She called for Melissa through out the store, and then was lead into the back room with the Store manager, Melissa…. This customer then was given an entire cart full of these products and was allowed to purchase them all, I stood behind her in line while she did several transactions using coupons…. And she was thanking Melissa the whole time for saving these products for her… This was about $100 worth of this merchandise that I have been asking to purchase just one of for weeks…. This is unfair, not right and completely inappropriate for the Store Manger to do, in my opinion, while we are in this pandemic. I believe it was around 12:15pm on the front register and a red head checked her out… while the cashier was checking out this customer, the cashier asked if this was legal or was she allowed to sell this many to one customer and she was instructed by the Store Manager to continue with the transaction… Again, this was unfair in many ways!!!

Suggested solution:

Investigate... Tell this manager not to hold products that customers are wanting to buy due to the pandemic... This should be illegal and dealt with like it is.
