My complaint:

Employee not wearing mask today around 2:00 pm. Think it’s sending a mixed message when there’s a sign on the door saying face coverings required. She said she was not able to wear a mask–nevertheless I was afraid to be at the register putting my items on the counter with no mask and no social distancing.
Thank you.

Suggested solution:

If employee can't wear mask, may they could stock or somewhere they be socially distanced from customers.
