My complaint:
I was a recent employee. Last Wednesday I was closing and I made a mistake and I was lil short on the register. And my manager Lisa accused me of stealing money and I didn’t take any money. I showed her my backpack and my items that I brought before closing and the receipts to my items that I brought. And she messaged me the next day and told me that I couldn’t work my Friday night shift because she was still viewing the cameras on Wednesday night when I closed. And when she did the scheduling for this week’s schedule every one else gots three or four days shifts and I only got two shifts this week. She cut my hours back. When I first started I was working three or four days out of the week now I only get two days out of the week. She accused me of taking money that I didn’t take. And I have messages on my phone from her accusing me and I will show proof of the messages and whatever else is needed with this complaint.
Suggested solution:
They should do anything to resolve this issue before someone else has it done to them. It's not fair.
