My complaint:
October 14, 2020 2 employees Assistant managers closed before 8:30 and they are supposed to close at 9. I’m not sure his or her name but I know he’s gay and the lady had blonder hair her name starts with an A. When I arrived 8:25 the door was locked so I seen a customer inside the guy seen me said they are closed so I waited for the customer to come out since she was checking out. They guy said they are closed I’m like no the sign and internet says 9 and he slammed the door in my face. He was so rude and it is not the first time he does this. He’s always rude every time I go and it’s gotten out of hand. I never complained and always let it slide kept on. I just wanted to go for one thing cause I work night shift. When I got off at work 8am 10152020 I did go to the store and bought what I needed and also made a complaint the man guessing he was the head manager said he will check the cameras he was so nice. I just want this issue resolved. I did not get no apology what so ever and hope they have respect to the customers. I wasn’t rude so wasn’t deserve to be treated this way.
Suggested solution:
Hire people who actually want to work there and not be rude and slam doors in my face while I was talking to him nicely. People that close at 9:00 not before 8:30. Apologize . He’s always rude and should be strictly checked on him. I would of tooken a pic but I didn’t have my phone
