My complaint:
The store was closed during business hours.
No staff, No Management
Suggested solution:
I would hire more people, and train them with customer service! Pay them more then 10.00 an hour. This store could and should be making a small amount profit. But you can not if the store is closed due to no management. And where is the general manager at during this time?
I have been in management for years and never seen anything like this before.
