My complaint:
My wife and I went to this location Dunn ave and Monaco drive. I had
walked ahead of her because I walk with a cane. When she came in the first thing she said was baby where is your mask. I stopped and preceded to get my mask out of my pocket when the cashier started to yell at us that we can’t be in the store without a mask on. My wife told her he is getting it out his pocket. She then started to harass us by saying over and over that we can’t be in there without a mask. My wife told her that we heard her the first time and the cashier continued with her berating as if we where idiots. My wife then got into a back and forth with her. In the middle of this she called my wife a very disrespectful name. She told her Blank word get out of the store. She told me that I had better get my wife. My wife told her that she don’t have to say anything to me and that it was between them. At this time the cashier told us to get out! The whole time my wife and where more than 6 feet from everybody. I then asked her what was her name and she said her name was what her mother gave her. I also asked the other cashier her name and she also would not say her name. My wife had already left the store and came back in and said lets go baby, that’s when the girl said go to family dollar.com if you want to complain. This situation was unacceptable. We go to this store at least twice a week and never has anyone been so rude to us. We are middle age and felt very disrespected by this young lady. The date of this incident was 102420 at about 2 pm.
Suggested solution:
By taking this seriously. Maybe they should where name tags and also go through some customer service class.
