My complaint:
The Assistant manager is a DISTANT relative (Not even related, was a friend of the family) that we do NOT associate with anymore because he was violent towards us so my mother just passed away on 06102020. He posted her obituary seeking attention and when he was asked politely to take it down by me (the Daughter) he proceeded to attack me on social media (Facebook) and then went into my messages after he was deleted off my facebook. This is the first time in years I spoke to him and before today, I didn’t even remember who he was. Knowing he is an assistant manager at Frackville, PA Family Dollar. My friends, family and I will NO longer go there to shop due to this.
Suggested solution:
He needs to be fired or transferred. The way he messaged everyone in my family and me, then attacked me OVER the LOSS of my mother is NOT customer service worthy, manager worthy nor is it giving your company a positive outlook!
