My complaint:
I am a former employee. EBT sent me paperwork that needed filled out by Angela she refused to full it out stating I would have to fill it out. Then she tells me she will have to send it to corporate which she never did. I go in and she didn’t even fill it out. So now I may lose my benefits and my sons benefits because she wants to be ignorant. The reason I quit is because she put me on permanent close which she didn’t discuss with me before she did so. Angela can not put friendship aside with Melissa Weigand for one second. She had her unloading truck with her every Monday and putting away the truck together and taking 50 freaking smoke breaks a day. By the way you should run drug test on both of them supervised guarantee they would fail. The district manager is part of the problem with that store rules are not followed.
Suggested solution:
First off start finding out why people quit instead of taking the managers word. Secondly let them know that snap and health insurance are a government run program and you could get into serious trouble for not filling paperwork out and noir abiding by the rules . Secondly don't let friends work together.
