My complaint:
On July 30, 2020 at 3:22 PM a man walked into a Family Dollar store in Grand Prairie, TX 75051. This man transferred $785.93 to a prepaid debit card using a stolen debit card(my stolen Netspend prepaid debit card). I live in Cincinnati, Ohio. I was nowhere near Texas, nor do I even know this individual. I however did file a police report regarding this situation. My account holder, Netspend is also investigating this matter.
Suggested solution:
Please review the cameras because I know that you have this fraud activity on your company surveillance system. The police department handling my claim is:
