My complaint:
Neighbor at 25 prospect st apt c is cleaning neighbors yard across street and dumping it on sidewalk side of 25 prospect st. It smells and looks disgusting should not be allowed weather landlords land or towns.
Suggested solution:
Tell him to help neighbor bring to the dump we have one
