My complaint:

My FB account was disabled on 30th October 2020. FB notified of disabling saying I violated privacy policies by posting two videos. The videos were received as Whatsapp forward, both beautiful singing from a TV program, there was nothing to suggest these are copy righted. As soon as I watched these I thought of sharing with friends on FB. Posted in MarchApril 2020, account disabled after six months! I thought being disabled for the first time ever, I will get another chance, but now FB says no account exist having my email account! I believe this mean account permanently disabled with all my post history lost for ever! Very painful indeed. I did get few warning messages in the past for violating copy rights. I sent few appeals between October 2020 and May 2021 begging to give back the account and promising never to post any third party content again, but no help received. I am unable to manage a community page I created for a UK registered charity. Everything I posted in a private group for this charity also lost! I feel this bit harsh punishment, FB could easily verify my posts and see that I intend no harm to anyone during my 12 year history with FB, always intended good for everyone.

Suggested solution:

I now feel it may be too late to recover my account with posts history. May be best outcome is that, I should be happy if FB allow me to continue having my account on FB.
