My complaint:
I went to login to my Facebook account and it said copyright infringement and my Facebook email and contact number had been changed on the account and would not let me in. I had not uploaded anything onto my Facebook in weeks. I have not had any communication from Facebook which is a breach of their terms and conditions. Iv reached out with no communication back. I tried to appeal the infringement, they emailed me back denying appeal as I could not give them information on what I was appealing because I didn’t know as they haven’t informed me!
Suggested solution:
Reinstate my Fb, full investigation and explanation as to why they breached their terms and why my account was taken over and shut down and I want to be compensated for my time and stress this has caused!
