A photo a Afro-American man with a noose in his hand where his neck at on a white Facebook user page as a joke, I see no humor in the photo it’s offensive, I reported it to Facebook nothing was done .
Suggested solution:
Ask the user to remove the offensive photo the Facebook user name is Gary Donham.
