My complaint:

I ordered a speaker from Nolos Place on Facebook Marketplace. Order 1109194326729491 on November 1st 2023. Unfortunately I did not read the reviews before placing the order. The speaker I received definitely wasn’t the speaker I ordered. Even a different brand. Facebook Marketplace has Purchase Protection. It’s in place to protect consumers. If you don’t get your order, item not as described, etc. Since the seller won’t respond, I filed a claim. I received an email from Facebook regarding my claim. I clicked on the link and the only thing it did was take me to Facebook homepage. After searching for a while I found the claim page. I clicked on it and the only thing it said was claim closed. Of course you can’t get hold of anyone on Facebook to find out more. The seller is a scammer. I want my money back. I even sent them pictures of what I received. Facebook Marketplace is not honoring their Purchase Protection
