My complaint:

I have to assume that my FB account had been compromised. Never was able to get a response from FB. when I was able to get into my account I deleted all information and the account. I set up a new account and still was not able to get any information from FB. I set up text authentication and it was working well and now it doesn’t. When trying to logon the code isn’t sent and then FB requests Government ID’s. Why would I provide FB with a Government ID only for them to store data and then if my account is hacked then my data is also compromised and FB will never inform me. I have had ID theft in the past and FB can not assure me they are safeguarding the data.

Suggested solution:

Send me a link so I can delete my account and data.
