My complaint:
I’ve purchased Meta Verification however it’s stuck in review well over the 48 hour max waiting time. My concern is that I’m paying for a service that I’ve not had access to and my renewal is from the date of purchase.
By rights, it should charge from when the service is accessible.
I’ve tried to talk to their support but they keep sending me the same clipboard response saying they only assist with general payment enquiries without advising what I should do. They point me to their help page that contains nothing useful.
I’m basically being ripped off and they have no support for this.
Suggested solution:
My renewal date should be 1 month from the time the service goes live.
