My complaint:
I have noticed I have two ratings on marketplace. Both of which I have never had any contact with the writer whatsoever. I only sell rarely on Marketplace, so I have the lists of names that have contacted me. Neither of these two are on any of my lists. The question I have is how can the ratings be legitimate does Facebook have any process to prevent these people from writing reviews on sellers they have never communicated.
Suggested solution:
Remove the fake reviews.
