My complaint:
I had a listing on marketplace. I had a buyer that bought that item and there ended up being a glitch in the system to where I was not able to print her shipping label. I contacted Facebook they gave me a case number and told me they would be fixing it within about a week. I then got a message from the buyer who had contacted Facebook support also and they lied to her and told her because I didn’t get the shipping out in time that they canceled her order. They still won’t admit to any wrongdoing I have proof of everything. And they owe me the money I lost on that sale because it is their fault.
Suggested solution:
Pay me what I would have made from that sale.
