My complaint:
I am writing to complain about an unhappy incident that happened last night as we were about to start streaming a zoom meeting on facebook. In fact, as the host person was trying to go live on facebook, a message telling him that another zoom meeting was concurrently running (at the same time)! After contacting the people who have the zoom account password, it seemed like nobody had joined the meeting via MATE account except the host (Mohammed Bakkas).
Suggested solution:
I am writing to ask if you could kindly help clarify what did happen exactly that prevented our zoom meeting from streaming onto facebook.
