My complaint:

Yolanda Orffer and I have numerous times ed that her Facebook account was hacked.We have received messages back from Facebook Support that Facebook has decided not to take the Profile down. However,we feel that we need to bring this under your attention in writing ,as your Automatic Assistance in reporting the hacked account is lacking SUPPORT .
The Account’s name has now changed to MD Anayet Ullah ,but the Personalized Profile link is still https:www.facebook.comyolanda.orffer .
The photos of Myself,Yolanda and especially my CHILDREN are still being used by the Hacker and I feel that this must surely be going against your YOUR GUIDELINES ,as this person is making use of a Profile,Images and information that doesn’t belong to himher.
What frustrates me the most is that we are seen to be liars and we were not asked to provide proof, my CHILDRENS photos are used by a FAKE Individual and this Hacked account was also used to try and solicit money from my Wife’s Friends and Family members through your Messenger app.
My Wife was forced to open another Profile ,as all efforts to log on to her profile were unsuccessful.
I await your urgent response.
