My complaint:
Since I lost my cell phone, I’m unable to login to my FB profile due to the two-factor authentication.
I also lost access to my FB page with many of my music work, contacts and followers.
This page is really important to me because I use it to share my art.
Also, I use this profile to receive information about my university studies and to communicate with my student association.
I tried every solution from FB Help but I’m still asked to enter a 6 digit code sent to my lost device.
I can’t even report that my phone may be stolen and my account can be compromised because I’m asked to enter a 2-FA code to the process.
Can you please help me access my Facebook ?
