My complaint:
I’ve had my Facebook account since 2007 (Facebook.comteachesofeachus) and I jokingly decided to change my name for a week, with the intention of changing it back.
Facebook decided to fully ban and disable my account, and aren’t replying to my emails because they think I’m ‘Ross Mathews’, even though Ive explained several times that you can see I’m not.
Suggested solution:
I want my old Facebook restored and my name and photo reverted back to what it was before the change.
