My complaint:
On November 1 I received an email saying action require I followed the steps and was told immediately I was not eligible for a Facebook account. 13 years of photos have been removed from my access when I did nothing wrong. I was told by a friend that they received a notification at 5:04 pm that I had uploaded a video and at 5:05 PM is when I got the email saying action was required. I just want my account back. I did not upload a video as I was at work. The last thing I posted was a post about Halloween and what my family and I done that night.
Suggested solution:
Restore my facebook account.
