My complaint:
I have had my 11 year plus Facebook account hacked by 2 scammers who have been emailing demanding money from me $800 to regain access to my account and have changed all the login in details etc and all my DOB on my account whenever I try to login its asking me to enter a login code to which wasn’t being asked for before it was hacked one of the scammers claimed they worked for META and send me a meta employers photo ID card and aid once I pay the $800 they will go into the META server room and hard reset my Facebook account and give me access so I didn’t need to enter a login in code , they have been still emailing me and sending me pictures off my Facebook of me and pictures of my daughter still demanding $800.
I have reached out to META on a friends Facebook account via private messenger and also one twitter just to GET NO kind of response or help whatsoever , the email that was attached to my hacked Facebook account is an old deleted email address to which I can no longer access and when I try the option to upload photo ID it just doesn’t accept its and takes me to the sign up or login screen , seems META doesn’t careless about people accounts getting hacked and pictures of there daughters are obtained by hackers this has been going on for 2 weeks now and no kind of help from META T, these scammers have stated that I have already made a $400 payment when I haven’t paid anything , I HAVE ENCLOSED SCREENSHOTS OF THE HACKERS STATING THEY WORK FOR META

HELP ME REGAIN ACCESS IF THEY CARE ABOUT PICTURES OF SOMEBODYS DAUGHTER BEING OBTAINED BY THESE HACKERS
