My complaint:
My account got hacked. Facebook also emailed me that my password has been changed. I hit a link to secured my account but hackers changed the email and phone number associated with my account. In other word I can’t reset my password because because of the changes everytime I type my password and phone number it goes its not associated to any account and why they email me in the first place and now they telling me that it’s not associated to any account. This is ridiculous, I can’t even regained control to my account.
Suggested solution:
I want to regain control to my account because I'm the legit owner of the account.
