My complaint:
Making an ad for dog food company, ad did not post or shared but while making get 62 violations, cybersecurity. Ad had a video of dog eating food, and links to online shopping plarform
Then account restricted.
Contacted support, who agreed it was a mistake and said would fix it. Few days later, get a call saying all is fixed and to do again. Try to make an ad, again have not finished or posted and get another 40 or so violations, same thing, Cybersecurity and more restrictions. Contact support, no help.
Have a shop set up on Facebook, but restricted, no reason given why, Contact support, nothing fixed. Made to top up my account to start the ad, but get restricted, would not refund the money. As i am spending days and hours with support, start to get hackers messages, cleary staff at Facebook selling user info.
Suggested solution:
Fix the problems, lift restrictions and either refund the money or allow to run ads
