Eventbrite complaint: They Stole Money and now Refuse to Payout

My complaint:

I’m an event organizer. Eventbrite is one of the platforms we use to list our events – we noticed missing money for certain events and when we asked they restricted our payouts completely. A month later we get them back and when we bring up the missing money of ours again… they restrict our entire payouts again. It’s impossible to get anyone on the phone – and we asked them to take our events off their platform and they refuse to do that also. So they are still selling our products and are unwilling to pay us at all for any event. And still haven’t answered us about our missing money from months ago. They are a complete scam!!!!

Suggested solution:

They continue to ignore my emails and when I open a support chat they just disconnect after a generic response that was copy pasted to me. I need a phone call explaining why they have restricted our payouts 4 times in 5 months, where our missing money is from our February and March events, and an apology for their actions along with compensation for all my wasted time trying to contact them, emotional stress, interest on the stolen money, and also for the damage done to our company by having to pay our staff late with no explanation.
