My complaint:

I had purchased tickets to an event, and I was unable to attend because I was sick. I asked for my money back. I emailed and contacted Eventbrite as well as the event planner and did not hear back. I did this numerous times.

I would like my $50 back. This is the worst site. There’s no phone number to call and the emails no one writes back.
