My complaint:
It’s hot right now in Spain so using the AC seems normal. That is… until the car overheats. I immediately stopped using AC, and let the car cool off. I restarted with windows down instead and the car was still quite mad. I popped the hood and was bewildered by the lack of lids on the coolant. Therefore, no coolant. But you can see a lid in the photo- just not on.
The only thing they could do was send us a tow trucktaxi and give us another car. Or we could find a way to get to a gas station and buy some antifreeze and they would reimburse us for this, once we made it back to the rental location to do a car swap.
This has entirely altered and messed up the day.
