My complaint:
Europcar charged me 56 euros on the grounds that it was their commission for a car that had been fined by the Italian government. They claimed I would receive the fine within a month. In the meantime 9 months have passed (I traveled to Italy in September!) And there is no fine. They just charged me the money and I demand it’s refund.
I turned to Europcar and they do not bother to provide any explanations and refuse to refund the money.
