My complaint:
on the 30th of March , I conducted an online TOEFL IBT test run by ETS company. Despite the fact I have adhered to the rules set by ETS and have furnished a functional laptop as per the guidelines outlined on your website.

They still try to lie and put the blame on me,

Suggested solution:
For ETS to issue a free voucher for me to take my test , and this is the ultimate fair as the problem was from them.
