My complaint:

Hello Etisalat, This is with so much regret that I’m informing you, my cug sims which even after cancellation done on 28th September 2022, i still got a bill for two of the cancelled numbers(0542523921 0542523924) Which even the etisalat customer care team said was a mistake from etisalat billing department. 
Kindly rectify this as soon as possible, since I’ve cleared all the cancellation fee as well on 28th of September and the lady clearly said there won’t be any other charges as such. 
It is also very frustrating to see, even after updating the documents (after continuously going to various etisalat business centres finally after 3 days uploading all documents) one of the CUG number(0542523925) is still not activated.
Kindly rectify and help us with this situation because this is affecting my business very badly. I wish to attach more bills and payment receipts but maximum is 5.

Suggested solution:

my sales team cannot make calls because of Etisalat's carelessness
kindly make the number 0542523925 active again for use.

and please rectify the bill isuues for numbers 0542523921 0542523924(for which cancellations and payments are already done long back)
