Etisalat complaint: Account closure and lack of support but overcharged

My complaint:

We were leaving Abu Dhabi so I called Etisalat to close my accounts for mobile and ELife as my contract had come to an end so no penalty was applied please. I was asked to pay 500.33 dhirams but there was no response to say my account was suspended or closed. I left Abu Dhabi on 31st March and on my return to my home country I kept getting charged for my phone and ELife. Today I was on the phone after trying to find an international number to phone Customer service team who kept me on the phone for over 1.5 hours and told me they would call me back but no response and now I cannot connect with them! I am soo disappointed and disgusted with this service never again do I ever again want to deal with such an amateur customer service again. I am owed a huge refund so I want my money back!
