My complaint:
I flew to Cape Town on ET847 business class on Monday.
My bag did not arrive.
I left my details with ET at CPT airport.
This morning I receive a message from their agent Please be advised that , Courier driver went to deliver your bag yesterday last night at 21h44PM , no reply on phone as a result had to return back to the airport with your luggage , please kindly make arrangements to have bag collected at the Airport , as ET airline are reluctant to make second deliveries .
The courier driver was not given a delivery address. My phone was off at 21h44PM as I was asleep.
Suggested solution:
ET should deliver my bag to my home asap.
