My complaint:
My account was hacked by Russian.
I contacted Epic game’s support and told what happened. They did restrict account but told me to give them proof that it’s mine acc.
I did show them all proof and they said you won’t get your account back.
I asked why couse it’s mine account, I created it, I spend almost 3 years playing, spend a lot of money. And after all that they just tell me “Nop sorry” how can this be allowed. I want to sue epic games so flipping hard. If any lawyers read this, contact me and we will start the process, I want get full refund and compensation for 3 years wasted on this game.
Suggested solution:
They need to give me my account back and I want 3 workers fired for being unprofessional. They clearly don’t know what they’re doing
