My complaint:
In February this year I lost access to my yahoo email account, this was the email linked to my epic games account so I thought I’d contact their help page to get them to change it for me or remove 2Fa. I have contacted them non stop for the last 9 months making ticket after ticket with no help. Every time they just ask for me to send them detailed information about my account proving I own it, I have done this countless times and yet when I send it off I’ve never received a reply back stating whether they could help me! It has been 9 long months of no help. Every time I use their online chat function to escalate my ticket to a specialist the specialist never even contact’s me!? Then they reassure me ill get a reply but yet I haven’t in 9 months. I do not know what to do so much money is on their I just want to play on my account.
Suggested solution:
When they email me back, see the information I have given is correct and plenty in order for them to change the email on my account. Surely now as I have had so much trouble for 9 long months I want a form of compensation for holding back my account and basically stopping me from using it! If it wasn't like this then they would of helped me out instantly.
