My complaint:
we were put in an unsafe van, low on coolant, power steering fluid. tyler told us to stop along the way to have it filled. had no gas was told to bring it back empty. the van was dirty from the person before us. as we started our trip noticed the brakes were very bad and also the transmission was slipping. called the nearest store in elkhart In. they said to stop and pick up another van. when we got there they had no vans and we had to down grade. we have planned this trip for 2 years and to have this happen is bull. we lost a day of our trip and had to sleep in the car. hotels got messed up, all because tyler could care less. we have never had a problem like this in all the years we have rented cars from you.
Suggested solution:
I think you should make it right and not charge us. also would like you to pay for a night in a hotel , because we lost a day of our trip and had to sleep in the car.
